3,000 명 이상의 음성 Big Data 분석을 통하여 위급 상황에서 외칠 수 있는 “사람 살려”, “살려주세요”, “도와주세요” 와 같은 도움 요청 단어의 초성을 인식하여 지정된 긴급 번호로 음성통화가 자동 발신됩니다.

3년간 R&D를 통하여 “사람 살려”, “살려주세요”, “도와주세요” 와 같은 위급상황 음원을 더욱 정확하게 판별하기 위하여 주변잡음 제거 기능을 추가해 음성인식 비상벨 분야에서 조달청 최초의 우수제품인증을 획득하였습니다.


쌍방향 통화 및

정확한 위치 전송

112, 119, 또는 지자체 상황실 등 비상벨 작동 시 비상벨이 설치된 현장과 음성통화가 자동 연결되며, 설치된 장소의 정확한 위치 또한 전송되어 즉각적인 현장 출동이 가능합니다.


원격 유지관리

자사 Server를 통하여 1시간 단위로 비상벨 작동 유무를 확인하는 원격 모니터링 서비스를 제공합니다. 비상벨이 작동하지 않을 시 단 한 대의 비상벨이라도 즉각 출동하여 당일 조치하는 유지보수 서비스를 제공하여 긴급상황 발생 시 미 동작 발생을 방지합니다.


다양한 장치 연동

비상벨 작동 시 위급 상황을 알리는 경보장치, 사이렌과 연동되어 보다 널리 상황전파를 하고 있으며, 향후 AI 기술을 사용하여 객체인식 기술을 접목한 비상벨 연동으로 범죄 예방을 위한 기술 개발에 심혈을 기울이고 있습니다.

World recognition


Analysis of more than 3,000 voice data automatically sends voice calls to the specified emergency number recognizing the initial consonants of help-request words such as "Help me," or "Save me" that can be shouted in an emergent situation.





The best speech recognition


In order to more accurately identify emergency sound sources such as "help me," or "save me" which have been through R&D for 3 years, we obtained the first excellent product certification in the voice recognition emergency bell from Korean public procurement service.   



Sending interactive notifications and accurate locations

 

When the emergency bell is activated, such as 911 or the situation room of the local government, voice calls are automatically connected to the site where the emergency bell is installed, and the exact location of the installed place is also sent to enable immediate on-site dispatch. 


Remote monitoring and maintenance


We provide a remote monitoring service that checks the operation of the emergency bell every hour through our server. If the emergency bell does not work, even one emergency bell is dispatched immediately and provides repair services to prevent it from malfunctioning in case of an emergency.



Interlock various devices


When operating the emergency bell, it is linked to alarms and sirens to spread the situation more widely. In the future, we are focusing on developing technologies to prevent crimes by linking emergency bells that incorporate object recognition by deep learning technology.

Voice recognition hardware module

Based on the ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) chip for speech recognition processing, a single speech recognition hardware module is configured by integrating the patented ASIC chip and other components related to the hardware modularized speech recognition hardware module. Thus, such technology can implement voice recognition technology simply by installing the appropriate module in various product groups.

A patent that converts specific words (e.g. “Help” or “Help, please!”) that people often shout in an emergency situation into voice signals while preset commands execute preset emergency alarm actions.

Emergency call system using voice recognition

Call handling module for receiving an emergency call execution command from the voice processing module. It generates an emergency call execution command corresponding to the input contents of the emergency command described in Patent No. 10-1625121, and for connecting emergency calls to the emergency call receiving device corresponding to the telephone number set in advance (for example, 112, 119, each local government‘s situation room, etc.) for the emergency call execution command.
